Briarcliff Animal Clinic's main location near Emory University is a well-established small animal practice in the Atlanta area. We are open 24/7 for emergency & critical care and offer extended appointment hours. We are AAHA accredited, an AAFP Cat Friendly practice, and are home to two ABVP Diplomates specializing in Canine and Feline practice. Our services include preventative care, exotic species care, critical care and hospitalization, digital radiography, ultrasound, laparoscopy, endoscopy, dentistry, oral surgery, dental radiography, soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, chemotherapy, laser therapy, and acupuncture. We also offer boarding, grooming, and obedience training.
Company History
Briarcliff Animal Clinic was founded in 1958 by Peter Muller, Jr., DVM, and has steadily grown over the years to be the successful practice it is today. Peter Muller, III, DVM, DABVP purchased the hospital from his father in the early 2000s, and led the practice until 2016, when Elizabeth Busch, DVM, DABVP became Hospital Director. Briarcliff Animal Clinic has been AAHA-accredited since the 1970s, and became a 24-hour hospital in 2013. Briarcliff also has two sister hospitals, Briarcliff Animal Clinic of College Park and Sandy Springs Animal Clinic, both 2-doctor small animal practices.
